RE: A Great Comment Deserves - more than - An Emoji!

in Freewriters2 months ago

To be honest, I have tried 'water therapy' in different ways, like when I used to drink 3 litres, and I mean 3 litres, not three glasses (300 ml each). My intake of water used to be 5–6 litres a day during the summer (but then you should know what an Indian summer is).

But now I have come back to my normal 2 litres a day (water), and if you add coffee, tea, and one more item (you know what I take twice a week, which marketing people take whether they like it or not) the intake of amount of liquid goes up.

But this post is about comments and curators. I absolutely agree with you and your point. And thanks for mentioning me in your post!

At a certain point I drank 4 or more. The doctor said I looked dehydrated (or thought it was the cause of my fainting) I drank 2 liters more which makes unvomfortable and it changed nothing except me living in the bathroom. 🥴

A glass back then was about 125 ml and if I may believe the info on the bottles of milk, juice and so on it still is (and 1 portion),the cups were half the size?

It makes me wonder why we need to drink more. Back then I never felt thirst today I always do (no diabetis).

This post was my comment on a post that was a response on a comment of mine and the topic was "water intake" (still there 😉) since I used a prompt I had to fit it into my text.

Why posts like these? Because many do not read the comments and if an answer is long enough why not post it separate? Perhaps a few more people will read it?

I noticed there are many never redponfing on comments, if the platform struggling again?
I noticed too if I edit it doesn't show and it feels Steempro Mobile has issues too.

A great day. Thanks for your cool comment. It was a delight to read you and those who make me laugh are worth the mention.

Water therapy is good but we need to be ready to go to the toilet. Because the water we drink will clean the "dirt" in the body. The body needs to adapt to receive large amounts of water. It could be that at the start of therapy you may feel dizzy because the cells receive an excess amount of water. This could be said to be "poisoned" by the excess water content in the cells.
But it will slowly decrease and become a habit until the therapy is successful. The tip that must be followed is that after drinking and feeling like you want to urinate, you must do it immediately, don't hold it in, then drink again until finally your body is "clean"

I think it is just about comment and curator. @wakeupkitty want to build good ecosystem that many steemian will"get up" and take a part in this talking. So, when we talk each other trough comment or post we will find "family Spirit" and then the aim is make Stemit as better habitat to grow all of us.
