"Hello everyone how are you doing. I am good. Today i am going to participate in another challenge and try to explain the topic upto my best knowledge".

Describe the architecture of layer 3 blockchains specialized in fractal scalability, highlighting the main components and mechanisms that achieve this objective. Create a chart that illustrates this architecture.

Firstly, I will describe the architecture of Layers 3 blockchain and then I will describe its component and mechanism how does it work and I will also show a chart that completes my discussion so lets start.

Layer 3 blockchain is actually a new thing in the technology of blockchain and so this is basically it's the foundation of layer 1, 2 and then it is providing the many issues solutions and functionality for decentralized application.

The main aim of inventing these layers is actually giving us a very efficient and friendly blockchain environment. So if we talk about the scalable solutions then we call it layer 2 and layer 3 and if we want to invent or explore more blockchain scaling problems and their solutions and their differences so this is transfering from layer 1 to layer 2 and then layer 3.

Lets talk about the layer 3 network and how it works so what do we think of making these layers and actually this is come to see to build more security and scalable blockchain ecosystem and the main layer which are important for scaling of the blockchain is referring to layer 3.

As I already mentioned and that layer 3 is more important and it is more important in communication between different connection of the blockchain and layer 3 excellent operating on the top of layer 2 and it is joining different kind of layer to form huge network and it is providing us transactions on different kind of blockchains.

So if we talk about what are the main components and how it works so I am trying to simplify it and what I have understood.

Scalability and efficiency

So as I am mentioning that if we talk about mainly the scalability the main important network which we are using is Layer 3 because this is important for the certain type of consensus mechanism and also important to highlight that transactions the important thing is xai network with most important feature of increase efficiency and it has less cost and most importantly the scalability is increased.

Security

They are actually providing us a very secure and friendly ecosystem for our growth of the blockchains and this is also giving its customization option for the new traders and developers for DApp.

Less Cost

So if we want to have less cost and we want to have very high performance rate along with that giving us more scaling options so most importantly we are talking about layer 3 and this is very low cost and along with that it's affordability and eficiency is more.

Interoperability

As I already mention the arbitrum orbit this is really important for the accessibility and interoperability.

Layers amendment

Where I have already mention that layer 3 solution work with collaboration to layer 2 so when we combine these two this will give us more space for scalability and more options for interoperability.

Rollups

So you we talk about the layer 3 and so most important to discuss is rollups this is important to make transactions outside the base layer and then transferring to layer 2 protocol.

Sum of all these discussion that Layer 3 protocol actually it is built on the top of layer 2 and this why is this happened because it's for enhancement in the scalability to give the developers different kind of customise applications can be created on the blockchains.

And if I talk about the mechanism of these layer block chains.

Layer 1s this is the basic structure or main foundation which is important where new blocks are added and the transaction is decided and finalize so if we lost this first layer or any problem occur in this layer so what will happen that we will lost the scalability and other security and decentralization.

So layer 2s this is most importantly managing the scalability problems which can occur and it is running on the top of layer 1s and this is vertical scaling chain. If we want to give the example of layer 2 they are so many and one which I like is arbitrum.

Layer 3s it is build up on the top of layer 2 solutions and what it is handling the most importantly interoperability and application functionality.

So all these layers are really important for the developers to create new blocks and also giving us certain kind of security and most importantly supporting that transactions so nowadays layer 3S build on ethereum other blockchains like bitcoin which is not suitable to host layer.

How do layer 3 blockchains specializing in fractal scalability use horizontal sharding to improve transaction processing capacity, and how does this differ from the Steem blockchain approach?

As I already mention that layer 3 is handling the fractal scalability and it is providing the horizontal sharding to make solutions for transaction.

But if we want to see how it is different from the steem blockchain approach so as we all know that layer 3 is using the horizontal sharding but if we talk about the blockchain this is mainly using the vertical scaling.

So what is the main purpose of having vertical scaling and this is most importantly for getting higher volume of transactions and this is more secure more efficient and in affordability way.

But like every other thing one has its advantages so there are disadvantages as well so advantages of this is that the transactions are super fast because there is only a single node and that transactions are made in a very secure way.

Where as in comparison to the horizontal sharding there is increment of the network connections like thousands of nodes are being made so vertical scaling a super fast because it is having single door and the most important there is no sharding.

Explain how sidechains and rollups are essential elements of layer 3 blockchains to ensure fractal scalability, and how these concepts could be applied to the Steem blockchain to improve its performance.

So there is another very good question of sideway chains and rollups so from its name is side chain it means it is giving us support for transactions for enhancing the scalability problems.

As I already mention that layers solution for example rollups is important to make transaction outside the base layer and then uploading them to layer 2 so it is very good and importantly to enhance scalability.

And the difference of base layer versus advanced layer is that there one is the core functionality system and providing us the security protocols and most importantly this is the one which is original blockchain where as layer 3 which build up on the layers below and it is important to construct the foundations and basement and building of layer 1 and 2 to make connections between the interior designs.

So when we see the question of side chains and rollups so this is connection of interior design with room and its a key feature to increase the scalability.

And if we use on the steem blocked chain so most importantly we make transaction super fast along with super security and affordability.
And these both of systems no doubt will improve steem blockchain ecosystem.

This is the key feature of scalability that high volume transactions are made super fast and even complex transaction can be make.

DApp

Let's provide the complex dcentralised application for the developers and not just for developers even for layman users can also use these applications more easily so layer 3 actually facilitates more complex transactions which are not possible with the layer 1 and 2 due to limited Scalability.

Interoperability

Layer 3 is also solving the issue of this and because it is some kind of the bridge between different type of blockchains and transaction and even the data is running across so many different kind of platforms, I think this is the main reason that Layer 3 DApp connect different block chains for example ethereum and Solana.

Cost effective

And transactions on Layer 3 are more easy and even complex operations are more easy and this is also helps to decrease the congestion on the network and which in turn decrease that transactions fees so it is more accessible for all kind of developers and all layman.

So let's sum up the discussion if we implement the sidechains and rollups on the steem blockchains no doubt the transaction will be super fast and more secure.

How do Layer 3 blockchains handle the challenges of decentralized governance while maintaining fractal scalability, and how does this compare to the governance structure of the Steem blockchain?

As we have seen there are certain exciting features but still layer 3 has certain challenge too.

The major challenge is establishing the flexilbity and security of block chain network. This situation happened as every Dapp running its network by own, so the higher level of security can not be achieved and there is chance of vulnerability.

It could be successful only as there is crucial need to development of highly security in infrastructure.

Moreover there is need to widespread adpot and network strength may helpful in posing this challenges. There would be more users to using these application the layer 3 challenges can be mitigated.

Furthermore, there is need to form a the layer 3 should have vibrant ecosystem in term of certain incentives, partnership thus it may helpful in reducing the effect of Layer 1 establishment.

While the steem blockchain is working on the principal of delegated proof of stake, in which the process of transaction is being validated by the fix number of witnesses.

The role of witnesses is very significant in term of governance decision and in protocol upgrade. Moreover the steem block chain has fund system where investor may submit their proposal, it helpful in voting process if it approve then fund distribution may occurred in block chain reward system.

Hence the governance system is working effectively but it faced the challenges of centralization due to vote changes by few influential investors.

How could the introduction of new technologies such as sharding and interoperable blockchains influence the future of layer 3 blockchains specialized in fractal scalability, and how could the Steem blockchain adapt to these developments?

So the introduction of new technology is such as sharding and interoperable block chain influence the future of layer 3 block change which are specialised scalability.

So yes of course it has huge impact on the future of it and how I will elaborate the meaning of the sharding Means division into smaller branches so that work will speed up means.

If we take example of block chains so the system will be divide into smaller units which is call sharding and each smaller units makes its own ecosystem. Whereas interoperable is different things means a connection which is uniting different networks together and it's making favourable for new developers even for layman usages.

It so this will lead to inter connect correlation and share data with other networks and if the steem blockchain will adapt it will increase the scalability by increasing the secure way of transactions.

How I have described earlier that's the system is divided into shorter units which is called shard and each unit is running its own transactions so in all the main it is going to enhance the scalability and parallel running of transactions easy and makes super faster.

And the second things is interoperability which I already discussed in detail is connection of All different rooms so there is different blockchains are coming together and facilitating the developers.
